The How to Manage & Retain Staff workshop explores the 4 Quadrants of Staff Management & Retention. The full day training will leave you with a
comprehensive understanding of each quadrant, and how to apply them to your business. The workshops provide the forum to analyse current practices and discuss
results. The number of participants is limited to 10, this allows grater interaction to see how each business can better implement the processes into
their existing management systems, or refresh current practices.
